Please note that this adapter is not compatible with Xbox 360 controllers, third-party controllers, or wireless connection headsets. In the event that your computer has disabled Windows automatic updates, you will need to manually download a driver to use this adapter. We recommend using a Windows 10/11 system with automatic updates enabled to simplify the driver update process.

How to Connect the Xbox Wireless Controller to Your PC

1. Turn on your PC and insert the included U disk. Install the corresponding driver for your system.
2. Install the XBOX ONE wireless series USB driver and confirm its installation on your PC. Insert the wireless receiver into a USB port.
3. Insert batteries into the controller. Press and hold the pairing button on the receiver for 2 seconds until the green light flashes. Turn on the Xbox One wireless controller, press and hold the pairing button for 2 seconds. The white light on the controller will flash rapidly.
4. Wait for the pairing process to complete. The LED lights on the adapter and controller will remain solid when successfully connected. If the adapter's indicator light does not flash, you may need to install a driver on your PC.

How to Confirm Successful Driver Installation

To verify the driver installation, right-click on your desktop, select "Manage," and then choose "Device Manager." An icon with an exclamation point indicates an unsuccessful driver installation. A successful installation is indicated by the absence of this icon.

How to Fix XB Wireless Adapter Driver Issues

1. Visit the Microsoft catalog update website and search for "Xbox Wireless Adapter." Download the corresponding version for your Windows system.
2. Return to Device Manager, right-click on "XBOX ACC," and select "Update Driver." Choose to browse for the driver software on your computer.
3. After updating the driver, unplug and reconnect the device. Press and hold the button on the side of the adapter until it blinks slowly. Press the sync button on the Xbox One wireless controller to link them.

Please note that if the adapter LED does not light up or disconnects randomly, you may need to download/update the driver, use a USB extension cable, or restart the controller.
